Ronald C. Mulholland Juvenile Center
The Ronald C. Mulholland Juvenile Center is a secure facility serving youth charged with a law violation under the Juvenile Delinquency classification as well as youth committed to the Division of Juvenile Services for rehabilitation. Both programs incorporate a Behavioral Modification Phase System with individualized service plans developed for each youth focusing on strengths and needs.
This is a co-ed program for youth that accepts girls ages 12-21, and boys ages 10-21.

- On-grounds school offering year-round education
- Individual and group counseling
- Case management
- Medical services and medication management
- Recreational activities
- Religious services
- Transportation
- Life skill training
- Substance abuse counseling
- Art/music activities
- Activities involving families, such as monthly dinners and recreational opportunities
A variety of local social service providers are available for youth on an as-needed basis (e.g. Harmony House for forensic evaluations, and treatment for victimization issues).
Availability:
Court-ordered referrals and admissions are accepted 24 hours daily, seven days/week, 365 days per year.
