New Youth Achievement Center Supports Boys' Success

Youth Services System, Inc.'s ribbon cutting ceremony for the new Youth Achievement Center took place at 110 North York St., Wheeling on August 24, 2015. YSS has repurposed the former Blessed Trinity Church into a ten bed facility for boys from 12-17.

The goal of the Youth Achievement Center is to help each child work through problems and be successful in school and in their relationships with family and friends.

Participants in the ribbon-cutting included state & local WV DHHR staff; Jon Greer, BB&T Bank; YSS Board Members, Sam Kelley, Youth Achievement Center program manager, and Gary Dietz & John Berardinelli.
