"$160,000 – Youth Services System, Wheeling: Basic CentersThis funding will support Youth Services System’s commitment to responding to the complex needs of at-risk youth."

This funding goes towards our Emergency Youth Shelters (Helinski Shelter & Samaritan House) that serve runaway, homeless, and/or at-risk youth ages 8-17.
